Support

Once we have delivered your Qlik solution to your requirements and have, if required, trained your internal staff in the workings of the Qlik platform, we can additionally support your implementation beyond the point of deployment. We will happily support your BI implementation on a future call-off hourly or daily basis (per month). We will always review any unused time after a number of months and do additional development to suit your needs or new requirements. This keeps the cost-efficiencies effective and on-going.

We currently operate on a full support basis on weekdays, with additional telephone support for urgent issues at weekends.
